Their rich and earthy flavour, paired with some of your favourite, premium ingredients such as sea urchin, king fish and wagyu, will simply dazzle your tastebuds.

As the perfect accompaniment to your evening, pair the dishes with beautiful Burgundy wines, produced by famous sake maker Kamoshibito Kuheiji (釀し人九平次), for an unforgettable wining and dining experience.
