Infused with Chef Ricky’s creativity and passion for European cuisine, the refined dining experience starts with French Scallop Carpaccio and Beef Oxtail Consommé, followed by Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib and Lightly Smoked Roast Duck Breast. The evening grand finale is a cleverly reconstructed Sachertorte.
