From colourful savouries to whimsical desserts, each creation is crafted with unexpected flavour profiles and presented with charming, delicate details that add a playful touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Law and his talented team showcase their craftmanship through an array of imaginative desserts, including figurines such as a young coconut-shaped dacquoise, a lychee-inspired financier, and a bite-size watermelon made with red dragon fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two more \u2018too-cute-to-eat\u2019 mini cakes \u2014 blood orange mousse<\/em> and mango pineapple mousse<\/em> \u2014 are finished with a shiny glaze and adorned with photogenic smiley faces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delectable savoury line-up features pomegranate, cherry, orange, mango, lime and dragon fruit paired with premium ingredients such as lobster, duck foie gras and gravlax salmon. The set is completed with a daily gourmet sandwich and a homemade lemon scone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This delightful afternoon tea includes one drink per person. Guests may choose from The Lounge\u2019s coffee selections or signature tea blend, also with the option to upgrade their drinks to seasonal specials \u2014 Fruity Wonderland<\/em> (iced tea mocktail) or Dreamy Purple<\/em> (blueberry yoghurt drink) \u2014 for just HKD38 per person. Available daily from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., the whimsical experience amidst the elegant and cozy sofa seating at The Lounge is priced at HKD448 for two (or HKD238 per person).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
