The tasting opens with the pristine elegance of Marc H\u00e9brart 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut NV – a benchmark Champagne of remarkable precision – before the clean, mineral restraint of Marc H\u00e9brart Coteaux Champenois Blanc 2022. The flight culminates in the brooding, velvety depths of Marc H\u00e9brart Coteaux Champenois Mareuil Rouge 2023, a red wine from Champagne that still feels like something of a secret. Perched at vertiginous heights of 2,200 to 2,700 metres above the pristine Lancang River in Cizhong Village, Domaine Muxin\u2019s vineyards draw complexity from a thrilling mosaic of soils: clay, schist, sandstone, gravel, and shale, each lending a distinct dimension to the wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
