Tao Li

Chinese New Year dim sum and fine delicacies are a-calling at Tao Li. The menu is infused with themes of luck, happiness and good fortune with premium ingredients that symbolise prosperity and bliss.

Chinese New Year speciality highlights include:

  • “Lo Hei” whole abalone, salmon sashimi
  • Sea moss soup, dried oysters, conpoy, fish maw, black mushrooms, lotus roots, pig’s knuckles, pig’s tongue
  • Deep-fried prawns, mashed salted egg yolk; sautéed fresh prawns, broccoli
  • Stewed sea moss, whole conpoy, garlic
  • Sautéed abalone, elm fungus, prawns, scallops, coral clams, kales, homemade XO chilli sauce
  • Braised broccoli, crab coral, crabmeat, bamboo pith
  • Barbecued sliced pork, chicken liver; sautéed fresh crab claws, beef cubes, spicy salt
  • Sautéed shrimp roe, crab roe, scallops, shrimps, crab coral, egg white, gold leaf

Recommended festive dim sum items include:

  • Whole conpoy dumpling, abalone, fish maw, supreme soup
  • Steamed shrimp dumplings, bird’s nest, crab coral, gold leaf

The Chinese New Year specialties are available daily from 12 to 26 February 2021 (the first 15 days of the Chinese New Year) and the festive dim sum menu is available for lunch only from 12 to 18 February 2021 (the first seven days of the Chinese New Year.)

Café East is serving up festive treats during lunch and dinner buffets. Highlights include:

  • “Lo Hei” mixed salad with salmon sashimi
  • Stewed dried oysters with pig’s tongue and sea moss
  • Braised pig’s knuckle
