Immerse yourself in a rich celebration of black sesame with our seasonal afternoon tea at The Lounge. Showcasing the nutty aroma and velvety richness of this much-loved ingredient, the afternoon tea set presents an enticing collection of 11 handcrafted sweets and savouries, thoughtfully infused with black sesame through both traditional and contemporary creations.

Sweet indulgences include the elegant Black Sesame Opera Cake, silky Black Sesame Nama Chocolate, creamy Black Sesame Parfait and delightful Black Sesame Flaky Egg Tart. Completing the sweet selection are comforting Sesame Glutinous Rice Balls in Osmanthus Sweet Soup and a freshly baked homemade Sesame Scone.

The savoury assortment is equally captivating, featuring Mixed Sesame Crusted Tuna Tataki, Mixed Sesame Duck Foie Gras Sandwich Biscuit and Boston Lobster Black Sesame Roll. Guests can also savour Minced Chicken and Soft Bone Skewer with Sesame Sauce, alongside a daily gourmet sandwich specially prepared by our culinary team.

Each afternoon tea set includes one beverage per person, with a choice of coffee, tea or herbal infusion. For an enhanced sesame-inspired experience, guests may upgrade their drinks to a Black Sesame Matchaccino or Black Sesame Hojichaccino for an additional HKD28 per person, or indulge in The Lounge Manager’s Specials, Sesame Alchemy (Sesame Golden Milk) and Sesame Cloud (Iced Sesame Milk with Tofu Pudding), at HKD40 per person.

Served daily from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., the Black Sesame Sensation Afternoon Tea Set is priced at HKD498 for two persons or HKD258 per person.
