Step into a blooming oasis this summer with our Floral Elegance Afternoon Tea at The Lounge. Available until the end of September, indulge in a garden-inspired journey of more than ten exquisite sweets and savouries, each delicately infused with blossoms such as rose, jasmine, osmanthus and chrysanthemum.

On the sweet side, highlights include the Apple Rose Mousse — artfully crafted to resemble a red rose, the Violet Mixed Berries Cheesecake with a glossy purple glaze, the refreshing Osmanthus Yoghurt Jelly Cup and Jasmine Tea Roll Cake.

The delectable savoury selection features Alaskan Crabmeat with Butterfly Pea Flower Yuzu Vinaigrette, Lightly Seared Wagyu with Rose Sauce, and Deep-fried Lobster and Shrimp Balls with Chrysanthemum Honey Sauce. The set is completed with a daily Gourmet Sandwich and a homemade Orange Blossom Scone.

This delightful afternoon tea includes one drink per person, with choices from The Lounge’s coffee selection or signature tea blend. Guests may opt to upgrade their drinks to seasonal specials — Coco Blossom (butterfly pea flower tea mocktail) or Venus Arrow (iced rose jasmine fruit tea) — for just HKD38 per person. Served daily from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., the afternoon tea experience is priced at HKD448 for two, or HKD238 per person, enjoyed amidst the elegant and cozy sofa seating at The Lounge.
