From 9 August to 30 September 2025, experience the vibrant flavours of Okinawa, Japan through an exclusive seven-course dinner at Sagano, thoughtfully created in partnership with Okinawa Prefectural Government (沖縄県庁).
The menu showcases seasonal bounty and ocean treasures flown in from the southernmost islands of Japan, including akamachi (red snapper), prawns, rakkyo (Okinawan shallots), sea moss, shima bean curd, sea grapes and purple sweet potatoes. Each dish is a tribute to the islands’ food culture and presents the gifts from mother nature at their best, blending quality ingredients with refined kaiseki artistry.
Priced at HKD1,000 per person, the culinary journey to Okinawa is an evening filled with delicate, entrancing flavours.
