The sharing main course featuring a sizzling grill of the night — from the bold US Tomahawk on Monday, the delightful Provençal Rack of Lamb on Thursday, to the decadent US Prime Rib on Friday. Each premium protein is grilled to perfection and served with unlimited grilled seasonal vegetables and French fries. Chef Kelvin has prepared eight varieties of homemade flavoured sea salt to complement the grill.
