Helmed by Sous Chef Kelvin Ng, La Table French Brasserie at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel proudly introduces the brand-new Daily Grill Set Dinner this June to September, to impress sophisticated diners with an indulgent dining ritual that changes with the days of the week. Each evening, a different grill masterpiece takes centre stage, accompanied by tempting appetisers, unlimited side dishes and a touch of French flair.
The lavish yet approachable two-course dinner is priced at just HKD888 for two. The night begins with classic creations that entice your appetite such as Beef Tartare, Crab and Avocado Timbale and Smoked Salmon Caesar. For guests seeking an elevated experience, upgrade the appetiser to Chilled Seafood Tower for an additional HKD80 for two.
The sharing main course featuring a sizzling grill of the night — from the bold US Tomahawk on Monday, the delightful Dry-aged Local Tin Hong Chicken on Thursday, to the decadent US Prime Rib on Saturday. Each premium protein is grilled to perfection and served with unlimited grilled seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes and French fries. Chef Kelvin has prepared eight varieties of homemade flavoured sea salt to complement the grill.
For gourmands who wish to savour more, soup and dessert add-ons are available at HKD30 per item. Comforting soup choices include La Table’s signature Cognac Lobster Bisque and Classic French Onion Soup. To end the night on a sweet note, Apple Tart and Tiramisu are recommended.
The surprises don’t end here — every guest enjoying The Daily Grill Set Dinner will be offered a complimentary Seared French Duck Foie Gras prepared à la minute to allure dinners’ senses. For wine lovers, two-hour free-flow packages of sparkling wine and Champagne are available at HKD88 and HKD288 per person respectively.
