Tao Li is featuring a series of freshwater delicacies prepared by Executive Chinese Chef Cheuk Man Chung, who uses traditional cooking techniques to bring out the best flavours of each kind of freshwater catches.

Seasonal menu highlights include:

  • Clay pot-braised fish head with ginger and spring onion
  • Steamed flathead mullet with preserved salted lemon
  • Deep-fried Mandarin fish with sweet and sour sauce
  • Sautéed river shrimps with Long Jing tea leaves
  • Supreme broth with fish meat, barbecued pork, bamboo shoots, bean curd, chicken liver
