Inspired by a famous suburb of Kyoto, Sagano offers an authentic Japanese dining experience. With bamboo and wood as its core design elements, the restaurant is a modern interpretation of traditional Kyoto style – simple and elegant. Worthy of special mention are the six VIP rooms, one of which is a tatami room with traditional reed mats – it is here that dining encompasses both food and surroundings to become a complete cultural experience.
