The season’s centrepiece is a rare and revelatory journey through the full range of Champagne Marc Hébrart, one of the Marne region’s most celebrated grower estates.
The tasting opens with the pristine elegance of Marc Hébrart 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut NV – a benchmark Champagne of remarkable precision – before the clean, mineral restraint of Marc Hébrart Coteaux Champenois Blanc 2022. The flight culminates in the brooding, velvety depths of Marc Hébrart Coteaux Champenois Mareuil Rouge 2023, a red wine from Champagne that still feels like something of a secret. To close on a personal note, guests are invited to savour an extra glass of complimentary wine of their own choosing.
Domaine Muxin Tasting Set

The Domaine Muxin Tasting Set, which includes one red and one white, transports guests to the dramatic high-altitude wine country of Yunnan, China – a region that is quietly rewriting the world’s wine map. Perched at vertiginous heights of 2,200 to 2,700 metres above the pristine Lancang River in Cizhong Village, Domaine Muxin’s vineyards draw complexity from a thrilling mosaic of soils: clay, schist, sandstone, gravel, and shale, each lending a distinct dimension to the wines.

The selection includes a vivacious Zuccardi Blanc de Blancs Argentina NV sets the mood; three whites – Casa Marin Sauvignon Blanc Cipreses Chile 2024, Baettig Chardonnay Chile 2023, and Monteviejo Petite Fleur Torrontés Uco Valley Argentina 2024 – carry the freshness of altitude and ocean breeze; while four reds build the crescendo – Baettig Pinot Noir Traiguen Malleco Chile 2023, Luis Felipe Edwards Valle de Colchagua LFE 900 Single Vineyard Red Blend Chile 2020, Santa Carolina Reserva de Familia Carmenère Chile 2023, and Zuccardi Poligonos San Pablo Malbec Argentina 2023.
