To welcome summer, The Lounge has teamed up with Champagne Telmont, a famous French champagne house founded in 1912, to launch a time-limited “Champagne & Seafood Extravaganza”. This experience combines fresh seafood with elegant champagne, creating a refined and relaxing summer dining experience.
From 1 June 2026 to 30 September 2026, guests can enjoy this specially designed seafood and champagne combo perfect for two persons at The Lounge’s comfortable and elegant setting. The chilled seafood platter includes rock lobster, snow crab legs, spanner crab, gold whelks, fresh prawns and drunken abalone, offering both freshness and texture. The set comes with one bottle of Telmont Brut NV champagne, with fine bubbles and balanced acidity that perfectly matches the seafood’s freshness, leaving a clean and elegant aftertaste.
