Start the year on a joyful note with New World Millennium Hong Kong’s brand-new Fruitylicious Afternoon Tea Set, a vibrant celebration of fruits in every bite, at The Lounge. From colourful savouries to whimsical desserts, each creation is crafted with unexpected flavours and presented with charming, delicate details that add a playful touch.
Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Law and his talented team showcase their craftmanship through an array of imaginative desserts, including figurines such as a young coconut-shaped dacquoise, a lychee-inspired financier, and a bite-size watermelon made with red dragon fruit.
Two more ‘too-cute-to-eat’ mini cakes — blood orange mousse and mango pineapple mousse — are finished with a shiny glaze and adorned with photogenic smiley faces.
The delectable savoury line-up features pomegranate, cherry, orange, mango, lime and dragon fruit paired with premium ingredients such as lobster, duck foie gras and gravlax salmon. The set is completed with a daily gourmet sandwich and a homemade lemon scone.
This delightful afternoon tea includes one drink per person. Guests may choose from The Lounge’s coffee selections or signature tea blend, also with the option to upgrade their drinks to seasonal specials — Fruity Wonderland (iced tea mocktail) or Dreamy Purple (blueberry yoghurt drink) — for just HKD38 per person.
Available daily from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., the whimsical experience amidst the elegant and cozy sofa seating at The Lounge is priced at HKD448 for two (or HKD238 per person).
