The Lounge delights guests with a brand-new “Old Hong Kong Charm Afternoon Tea” that brings back nostalgic memories of local cha chaan teng favourites in the form of exquisitely presented sweet and savoury creations.

Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Law and his talented team showcase their craftmanship and creativity by presenting the most iconic Hong Kong tea time treats and street snacks as edible miniatures, including the adorable, bite-size “French toast” Peanut Pound Cake, “pineapple bun” Pineapple Passion Fruit Puff, “curry fish balls” Yuzu Mousse Cake and “red bean coconut drink” Red Bean and Young Coconut Jelly Cup.

The sentimental assembly doesn't stop at the dessert selection. The delectable savoury array includes Abalone, Chicken and Jinhua Ham Tartlet, an elevated version of traditional chicken pie, while Black Truffle, Corned Beef and Egg Sandwich impresses with its combination of premium and comfort ingredients.
