Tao Li’s Chinese set dinners, meticulously prepared by Executive Chinese Chef Cheuk Man Chung, presents a rich array of dishes for the whole family. The 6-person set features Cantonese classics such as Baked Stuffed Crab Shells with Crabmeat, Cheese and Cream sauce, Stewed Whole 8-head South African Abalone and Duck Feet in Oyster Sauce, Steamed Lobsters with Green Bean Noodles and Minced Garlic and more, finishing with a Sweetened Almond soup with Egg White and Bird’s Nest.

The 12-person set highlights gourmet creations such as Double-boiled Matsutake Soup with Conch and Pork Shin, Sauteed Coral Mussels, Prawns and Broccoli with Homemade XO Chilli Sauce and Steamed West Spotted Garoupa. The meal ends on a sweet note with a nourishing Double-boiled Peach Resin, Osmanthus, Lotus Seeds, Red Dates and Dried Longan.

Tao Li’s Father’s Day dim sum selection offers exquisitely crafted delicacies to add a special flair to this memorable day. Tempting highlights include Steamed Shrimp Dumplings with Crab Roe, Asparagus and Gold Leaf, Steamed Rice Flour Rolls with Shrimps and Cordyceps Flowers, Marinated Pork Knuckles with Chinese Wine and Chilli Sauce, Sauteed Beef Cubes with Wild Mushrooms, and Deep-fried Soft-Shell Crabs with Spicy Salt.
